This one is legit. I'm so glad I chose this push up board! It gets a 5 out of 5 for me. The only negative one could possibly have is that the handles do not go inside of the board while folded up which I have zero problems with. All of the different positions should definitely inspire you to use it regularly. ðŸ‘ðŸ‘

This push up board is the perfect home workout equipment. If you cant find time to go to the gym, this is what you need. it has so many straightening exercise combination all in one. The holes are color coded to target specific muscles when you are exercising which is great because now i can focus specifically on the muscle that i want to grow. The key here is consistency. As for me, I leave at plain sigh in my office so that i can see it everyday and remind myself to do some push ups even just for a few min everyday.

Needs better instructions for each exercise. The board is good with lots of configurations . The instructions shows which color is for back, shoulders, pecks and triceps. Thats it

It worked great when I first turned it on, but unfortunately it never goes off. I need to remove the batteries so that it does not drain them. I wish it were easier to remove the them, but unfortunately you have to unscrew 4 small screws and I broke the housing the first time I had to open it. So the counter itself is useless to me. The board itself is still somewhat useful as an push up board with the different ways you can insert the handles, but not all of the holes line up as they should being shown on the board. It is very easy to use but I an not really sure what to do with the "pull rope" that it came with as they have no weight associated to them and there no really resistance from them. I would give it a 2.5 if that were available.
