The handles are pretty decent I ended up wrapping them with tape for better grip. Gave four stars only because 1) they did not come with the locking pins as shown in the picture. But came with a cheap set of plate springs for an Olympic bar, which is odd and would have preferred the locking pins. Also the foam pads came off after a few times repositioning them. Have to re-glue on.
