Solution: The blue screen has nothing to with the hardware. The system and driver may cause this problem, please download the driver again.

The plastic of the sata ports is exceptionally thin and one of them cracked with very light handling. I can't recommend it.

Manual lacked detail about jumper.8-bit wide PCIe, 5 Gbps not 6.No Trim, I must do manual trim. Card reports drive as HDD, not SSD.Strange results with latest Crystal DiskMark

Easy enough to install - however, once I plugged in the hard-drive to the card my computer would not boot up. Spent 2 days trouble shooting, and was not able to get it working. It is also easy to uninstall. It's back in the box.:(
