Seems well made and will do the job. Be aware the “neg†terminal is a centertap. To see the full voltage you must connect both “AC†labeled terminals to the load.

I installed this thing to power my Simplisafe Doorbell. Failed on August 26. Green light on front won't come on and does not register output on my Multimeter. Moving to a different brand. Unfortunately the return period ended for this product on Amazon last week.

Puts out 18.5VAC instead of 16.5VAC. Some equipment will accept it, others wont. Outside the spec range of what I needed. Does not match advertising.
