My big, expensive wet saw finally gave out as I was starting another project. Since I was using small 3 x 6 subways, I decided to give this one to try. It takes a little patience and a small learning curve, but for the price I was actually very happy and had no problem finishing up the job with this saw, was even able to make some pretty tricky cuts. Cleans up and stores very easily.

So got this as a warehouse deal. Well it was returned for a reason…you can’t push the tile past the bracket that holds the splash guard, as the bend on the bottom of it is up too high and won’t allow the tile to be push by. I’m thinking that was the reason the previous purchaser (who also obviously used it briefly from the leftover tile debris on the saw and slightly worn blade). Now running up to a local store to get a different and more expensive unit, because I don’t trust trying this same one again.

You've heard the old master's saying, when you know a lot, you don't need a lot? This saw proves it.Not as fast/accurate/comfortable/practical as the pro saw?I can get this thing to do damned near ANYTHING I need.If you're willing to think your cut through, and be a bit patient, i suspect you'll be able to make it do everything you need, too.I really enjoyed using this saw, PARTICULARLY as it's inexpensive, and doesn't weigh a ton.Incidentally, one job was ceramic 30x30cm tile, the other was marble, also 30x30.To me, it's a keeper. If you need bells and whistles, maybe not right for you.Keep in mind, the smart people built pyramids with less tech than this. So... let's not blame tools for our shortcomings ;-)

good deal for the money, works very well for smaller DIY projects. Same thing sold at local hardware store for much more money

I bought this saw to replace my 20 year old QEP saw, that finally quit working. As a professional tile installer, used it ALOT. Perfect for backsplashes. Set it right where you're working and not worry about making a mess with spray. Thus new version of my old saw, should easily last until I retire. Do yourself a favor and let the Black Widow blade, it cuts way better than stock blade and lasts longer.

I bought a different blade since I was cutting glass, so I can’t attest to the blade it comes with. Overall, I am pleased as I was able to complete my project. It cut well, although much messier than expected. Pretty good for small projects.

Stopped operating after cutting half a tile. The manufacturer should be embarrassed.

Litterally turned it on and it started smoking and immediately stopped working.

Guide is hard to install in perfect alignment with other side. Sometimes need to readjust and cut again.Once correctly placed, cut is perfect, event for small pieces.Careful with your fingers as the blade is very close for small tiles.

This saw is a great value and a lot more capable than I thought it was going to be. Having never used a wet saw before, I used this for ripping and cross cutting 12x24 porcelain tile and it was no problem at all, even with the factory blade. Ripping 24 inches starts to get a little tricky due to the size of the table but it was quite manageable and the saw itself didn’t struggle at all.The included fence and the fact that it can attach to the table extension made cross cuts really easy even on these big tiles. Just take the extra time to be 100% your fence is perfectly straight before you start cutting. If the back of the fence is closer to the blade than the front you’ll get your blade jammed up.Cuts produced were not clean enough to be visible but totally adequate for under baseboard. I suspect a higher quality blade would solve this problem.
