Works great to stick in mailbox or other surface. My doorbell doesn’t have power, so needed to be able to remove the ring to charge it. This is an easy solution.

Adhesive did not stick correctly and fell off my door the first day. Even after following instruction to let adhesive stick for 24hours before attaching ring. Can’t reuse the adhesive either

The adhesive sticks great to the door and it generally covers the camara pretty well. I like the camera is in it with screws so that if anyone wants to take it, they will need to do some strength with the adhesive

Easy to install and cheaper than the brand name. Instructions weren't super clear to me but it was easy to figure out anyway. Sturdy.

Installation required removing and disconnecting my doorbell. Installation kit not as high quality as the Ring brand.Made entirely of plain old plastic. The pivoting mount screws to the bell but only clips into place with plastic clips and 2 set screws. Not a very clean look with the set screws and slot exposed on top. Super easy to yank off with one hand so greatly increased risk of theft. May even void the antitheft warranty from Ring, not sure about that though.It does however allow OCD people like me to get that "perfect" angle of view which in my case was 32°. I may give up that 2° extra and go with the much better looking and more secure Ring version.

I bought this item in April. Just had a chance to try to instal. But this item is not what it mentioned, "Compatible Ring Video Doorbell Pro Wedge Corner". So now is a redundant piece.
