One piece was bent out of place so the screw couldn’t go in but I was able to bed it back, sturdy and was given everything needed to assemble, good boxspring overall

This is not a box spring! It’s a platform! Ours did not hold up in the middle. The first night the middle part of the box spring was bent

Great sturdy bed frame. Easy to put together and cover fits like a glove. Cheapest option to replace a old wooden bed frame.

Directions were not the best. Warning, it is ideal to have a lot of open space to assemble this so that you can have a flat space to work on. However, not having a lot of space (tight hallways, small door ways, low ceilings, small rooms) may be why you’re looking into a box spring you have to assemble in the room in which it will be used. I had to assemble this by myself over the bed frame due to lack of space and do not recommend doing it that way if it can be avoided. While trying to manipulate the hinged pieces to get them seated into the adjoining piece, I was clobbered by the heavy metal piece as gravity took over. First, on my head, then on my wrist. Bruised both. There’s only a few pieces like that. If you can have a second set of hands, it can be avoided. Or, if alone, a large flat area should help prevent flopping hinged pieces .Overall, the end product is sturdy and looks like a quality box spring. However, the top slats are only secured by gravity and tension and the fabric cover is put on like a mattress . Let’s say you go to move in 5 years and you forget that those top slats aren’t secured by fasteners, or someone else who isn’t familiar with the assembly goes to move it, one may grab a slat for leverage and it will pull out. It could be dangerous if it spontaneously pulls out on a stairwell or during some other maneuvers. I recommend adding a note on the slats and tape the instructions to one before putting the fabric cover on as fair warning for the future.For the price, it’s a good alternative to a one-piece box spring.
