Not sure if this was just stored too long and so the product soaked through the protective seal or if it was tampered with, hard to say. Either way, the plastic holding the set of two was also broken, and so the product had leaked all over itself and the rest of the shipment. The 2nd one also had a wet, almost perforated seal, so I won't be using either of them. Unfortunate.
