I use these to hang a 16x20 shade tarp over my pool. Looks and works great. It provides shade over half the pool, so folks who want shade can get it, and ditto for folks who crave Sun. Pretty small and unintrusive. I also changed to stainless turnbuckels vs these Caribbeaner hooks, easier to attach and tighten.Very handy easy to install, and they work great. I bought extra to string support under tarp every 8 feet to help it when it rains (tarp is designed to let rain thru, but it can build up a bit in heavy rain. Would definitely buy again.

I bought these to Paracord some handles for the rollbar at each door of my '24 Jeep Wrangler since there are airbags on the bar you can't use the normal bar wrap. Worked great with some 1" spacers! I made the handles 13.5" front door & 18.25" rear door holes in the rollbar.My only compliant is 1 bolt is different than the rest, I haven't tested but if I had to guess I would say it was imperial vs metric.

The length was longer than I anticipated. The 3 inch length refers to the thread length. Local hardware store measured overall length in description. I only needed 2.5 inches of threads but cutting them wasn’t a problem. Good price.

Had to double nut when tightening to confirm it would stay tight, as the 1/4-20 thread was cut to deep therefore the thread to nut was very loose
