This this is a beast, it's huge, thick heavy glass. Mouth is larger than expected, but I had a #8 stopper and it's small for this but works. The hose fitting is also large. Although a standard size rigid air hose will fit snuggly inside the barbed hole not over it, Which is even better since I can use a blood pressure pump. Overall it's great purchase, be sure to have a large stopper, I drilled a hole in a #8.

The vendor should correct the information regarding the size of the neck. It indicates that the size is 31.5 mm which is wrong. The plugs that I bought of 26 mm does not fit because the actual neck size of the flask is 23 mm.

The construction is average, but there are air bubbles in the glass. The dimensions shown are INCORRECT. I bought 10# stoppers based on the dimensions given, and the stoppers do not fit, because they are too big. I ordered a set of 8# stoppers based on measurements taken for the flasks I have on hand.

I like the heavy duty feel to this filtration flask. I do not like the vacuum nipple sits low on the shoulder of the flask: If a person does not prepare a trap for the pump, you may get liquid in your vacuum pump. Before you buy, measure the stem of your funnel and make sure the stem is below the filtration flask vacuum nipple. If I would have planned properly this could be a good value.
