I have attached this to 2 sets of calipers. It has a little to much slop in it. I know it is universal and a good price but I would have preferred it was more snug. Set screw holds it in place but it really needs 2 set screws to compensate for the extra width.

It fits perfectly and locks in place, does not slip. Has good weight to it, so it feels stable when taking measurements.

Believe it or not it really works but it must be set with a true surface. I'd use a 123 block or something else.
