Easy to install and work well with the chains I am using to connect to them. I had to use these due to my chains not being able to connect to my hitch receiver properly.

This is the second set of these links I have had. I traded tucks so the first set went with the truck I traded, did not try to remove them since it appears impossible to get them off. They make it a lot easier to connect the safety chains on a trailer.

After installing hitch lights on my truck I need a way to reach behind them to hook up my trailer chains. In the pictures I have attached you can see why I needed them. The hitch lights made it impossible to get to the holes on the hitch slide. I did have a little trouble getting the locking pin through the connector link. Installing them is defiantly a 2 person job. Other than that great product. By adding the Connecting link I am now able to hook my trailer chains to them. I also love the red color because all the ascents on my truck are red and they tie into my color scheme nicely.

Do you own a Ford truck and struggle connecting trailer safety chains or can’t connect them at all? This is what you want right here! Bit of a pain to install but worth it when you are finished. A ball peen hammer and a bit of lubricant is all you need for a simple install.
