Bought to see via door bell cam if packages at front door. Works great for task. I would say mirror is clear but not crystal clear as described or what you would expect from a typical car mirror.

I used some rubber covered neo-d magnets and plopped it on the pinbox of the RV 5th wheel hitch so the hubs could better align the pin to the hitch while backing the truck. He said it really helped! Good magnets will keep it there until further notice.

We have a deeply recessed front door with a glass panel storm door and a long narrow porch. We couldn't see someone standing to the side of the door even with a 200° peep hole viewer. Used this to allow to see someone without opening the door. Unfortunately the peep hole makes the mirror too small to see much so you have to open front door and look through the storm door at the mirror. So, we keep the storm door locked too so no one can just charge through.

As we drive we can now see through the motorhome. The only thing is adjustments wish it had a way to fine tune it.
