We really liked the high-quality construction, quality components, and the transfer switch is made in the USA. It is expensive, but well worth the money. If you aren't going to use all 10 circuits, leave the 2 wires for the unused breaker out when you pull the wires through the conduit because it is REALLY FULL (we had to use wire lube to pull them through). Having the wires labeled for each circuit position from the factory would have made installation go more quickly. The load meters are a really nice feature because you can see how much power you are using from your generator. Excellent installation and operation manual is included. Great well designed transfer switch!

Ease to install, took electrician 1/2 day. Quality construction for outdoor use. Worked well. Had extension cord socket built in. Worked well. I'd buy Reliant again.

My hubby found this because we wanted to use it for our new generator. After consulting with the electrician who was going to install it, he said that it wouldn't be quite big enough to handle our central heat and air. We could have installed and used it but without A/C.

First thing I noticed was the solid construction of this box. It was really easy to install, I have a decent knowledge of home electrical but am by no means a expert. Works like a charm and the watt meters are a nice touch. The price is up there but you get 10 circuits. I think it's worth the price for a manual transfer switch.

I was very impressed with this product. As soon as thr product arrived, I watched a few videos on install and got right to work. It was straight forward to install this transfer switch. I have tested it out by hooking up my generator to it and was able to run my house from this transfer switch.

Beware. I was forced to return because there was no labeling on the wires to identify which associated switch connected to. My electrician said it was unusable and would not install it. The seller in Canada only supplies a return label without prepaid return. Cheapest postage was $67. The seller refused to refund the $67 return cost even though their product was the problem. Their return policy is very misleading.

No complaints. I wired this myself and all it requires is a little common sense/mechanical comprehension. It's a bit pricy but like they say, you get what you pay for
