Great product that is solidly built and does the job. The left and right vises have a nice spring-action in them that "pops" into an angled position for sharpening edges. The middle vise works well securing bindings for when you need extra stability for edge sharpening and removing hot wax. I'm glad I spent the extra money to get a top-rated set.

These vises are very well made, good materials, easy to set up. Definitely need the third vise to hold ski in place. Would be nicer if the third vise had a quick release rather than a screw device - but excellent as is

Having used other vises, this design is great, work holding for skis is perfect and sturdy. Just be sure to make sure your bench is narrower than about 2.5” so the throw of the clamps fit your table.

Vice works well, but about half of the rubber bumpers fell off during the first use. I can super glue them back on, but not the best first impression that it's falling apart already. The quality of the metal portions of the vice seems to be well made and sturdy.

Bought these for my kids to keep their race skis sharp. Set them up on a work bench for them and it simplifies the chore tremendously. They are sturdy, and built well. Great purchase, highly recommend!

First of all I was really impressed that the manufacturer answered my question within a few hours. They were honest in saying that this isn't necessarily better than Swix World Cup model, but substantially less expensive. I see no reason to pay extra. This is built extremely well. Very solid and smooth and has all the features you need to repair or wax skis.

I built my own blocks to wax and tune skis on, and over the years had to keep modifying them to add features that would make the process easier. But, sometimes it's just better to get a product that has all the features you need already and save yourself a lot of time.So, I'm glad I got this. The only problem I had is one of the pads on the vise came off during shipping. It just needs to be glued back on, but was annoying because it's not like I'm inspecting the tool a day or two earlier to ensure it's ready to go when I get ready to wax and tune 4 sets of skis.It was still okay to use, and I'm still glad I bought it.
