For less than 20 dollars- totally worth it!Pretty thick plastic, fits perfect, easy to install, had all the right pieces. Exactly what I needed to cover my floor outlet. We step on it pretty frequently and it has not broken yet. Seems pretty solid

I made a hole in the floor to run cables under the house to the living room from the office. I used this as a cover for the hole and it worked perfectly.

Perfect fit for the 6†Hubble concrete floor box. It was a bit confusing as I bought the boxes at H Depot a year ago. Poured the floor and then found out HD doesn’t carry Hubble anymore! So no chance of getting the cover components!! A search got it together. Think Hubble owns Raco, or maybe visa versa

I am giving this product a less than stellar review ONLY because there is nothing in the current Amazon product description that tells you it is ONLY for use with a Hubble-Raco 5511 Floor Box. It will NOT work with a standard rectangular duplex box. Actually, it will fit but you will have four empty screw holes and throw away 1/2 of the fixture you paid for. It looks like it will work well with the 5511 Floor Box but I really don't know for certain. It took me about an hour to figure out that this was the problem as I missed the small print on the box stating it is for the 5511 Floor Box. There is nothing in the instructions telling you this and nothing in the Amazon description either. It is in small print on the box and in the product description on the big orange box web site.

Had to replace existing plates that were damaged, but couldn't get parts from the original manufacturer. I had to modify the rough-in a bit, but these went in quite easily after that.
