Radiolink R7FG 7-Channel Receiver Overview
Pseudo random algorithm FHSS communication technology makes R7FG receiver control distance up to 1900 feet ( 600 meters ).
Integrated gyro for on/off road rc car vehicles and boats. Quick to Bind with Radio
No need any setting on controller when R7FG bind with your radio, just press bind button for 1 second, R7FG LED will flashing and automatic search the nearest controller to complete bind.
- Tips: the Bind Button is tiny, we suggest use a needle or sharp tool to press the Black Part on the Bind Button.
4 Working Modes
Short press the Bind Button 3 times within 1 second to change Gyro mode or Normal mode. GREEN LED indicates the Normal mode, RED LED indicates the Gyro mode.

I am getting back into RC cars and needed a new radio. After looking around I found the Radiolink brand. I am very pleased with this system. Easy to bind, 7 channels so I can experiment with FPV and head tracking and also have some lights. This 7 CH RX has telemetry for RSSI radio signal, RX and Battery Voltage. (with the 7 and 8 Ch systems at least) The antennas are a bit long for 1/24 scale so I made some out of some coax I had with UFL connectors, Having the center conductor stripped out the same length as the OEM ones and all seems good,. I also purchased the 4 channel version and it is very compact. I will be getting more 4 channels and now, possibly their 8 Channel radio when I recover from this splurge back into RC. I have not tested the gyro because rock crawlers are slow :) I am used to building light and fast, not heavy and slow,

I love this receiver, it has some really good range which was important for me with my 1/5 scale buggy, no runaways, and this thing lets me drive it pretty far out without losing and connectivity. I haven't stress tested it yet though butainly because it has been able to go as far out as I've needed or wanted without losing connectivity.

Great price, great features, easy to pair and great range. Wouldnt choose any other brand or model. Plenty of channels and gyro works amazing with tons of sensitivity adjustment available.

my ONLY reason to buy this was for the gyro function. its free, considering the cost of a typical receiver. I'm using edge-tx with radiomaster zorro. the 4in1 multi works just fine with this and I'm able to control from -100 to +100 the 'gain' of the gyro, remotely. that's great! but even at 0, it still wiggles a bit (so its not fully disabled) and I cant find any setting where the gyro feature HELPS and I can find values of gain where its just too much and the front end wiggles even on straight lines). so while it does work and works with opentx or edgetx and the 4in1 multi module, I'm not sure the gyro that is fixed and tuned the way it is, is useful. I'm thinking that a diy solution that has thresholds and gain might be better.

I believe this set of receivers is the 12th or the 14th. I always order two at a time when I'm ordering more. I remove the dual antennas by opening the plastic case and just removing the connector for each antenna. The only water I drive in is very shallow and I never submerge my crawlers.Having 7-channels is amazing for winches, lights, dig, rear steer, 2-speed, etc. I only use the 7-channels on one truck but most other trucks use 4 to 6 channels.Binding a receiver is super easy. The provided instructions have very small print and hard to read, but anytime I have had to reference the manuals I have no problem accomplishing whatever it is.

Den Empfänger habe ich nun bereits in 4 Booten (1x Hafenschlepper als Rettungsboot (ProBoat Harbor Tug), 2x Mono und 2x Katamaran( Miss Geico und TFL Zonda) und bin begeistert von der Reichweite. Es ist mir gar nicht möglich soweit zu fahren wie es dieser Empfänger in Kombination mit der RC6GS-V3 zu lassen würde, da die ca. 1,1 Meterboote dann nicht mehr zu erkennen sind. Toll ist auch das man das Telemetrie Signal bzw. die Dämpfung am Sender angezeigt bekommt. Natürlich wird auch die Empfängerspannung so wie die Akkuspannung (sofern man diese via BEC-Stecker mit Akku und Empfänger verbindet, klappt bis max. 8S). Weiterhin ist mir sehr positiv aufgefallen das die Antennen über einen koaxialen Stecker mit der Empfängerplatine verbunden sind. (nicht so wie bei anderen Herstellern verlötet) So kann kann man die leicht gegen neue oder längere austauschen. Die integrierte Gyro Funktion habe ich noch nicht getestet, werde es aber mal im Hafenschlepper testen da dieser sehr windempfindlich ist. Gerade für den Hafenschlepper konnte ich durch die große Anzahl an Kanälen die Beleuchtung in zwei Stufen steuern und auch noch die Löschkanonen separat schalten. Mein Fazit: Für das Geld bekommt man nichts vergleichbares!!

Bought a couple and all work as expected, with a RC6GSV3 transmitter. Antennas are a bit long for some applications but I have shortened some and they work as expected too. Gyro feature is nice but some faster servos are preferred to give a good effect.
