My Rapala battery operated fillet knife came with coated blades. I like plain stainless, so I bought this.A pleasure to use! Stainless, yes, but also incredibly sharp and with the right tip that's sometimes required when cleaning fish.Quality! Don't hesitate to purchase. I'll get another ser - if this one ever wears out . . .

Extra sharp blades that fit an excellent electric knife. I filet a lot of fish and the blades will last at least a year before showing any sign of dulling.

If you want one set, only order one, I misinterpreted it as being separate, thinking I needed to order two blades.... we got two sets, which is fine. Priced right and fast ship.
