It looks good, it is made of stsinless steel (handle) and plastic. It works very well, it is easy to use and to install. It is light, but even if is unexpensive it does not look cheap. It is the second I buy in 4 years, but for a different restroom so it is durable too. Very good value for money

The square flange on the mounting base is too small to fit a standard US toilet handle-hole and this doesn't come with a part to correctly fit. Plus, the metal arm is placed in the plastic mounting bolt at the wrong angle so it points up at 30 degrees and there is no way to correct it (for example by unscrewing the handle form the arm and correcting the angle. So with the mounting is far too small for a standard US toilet and the angle of the arm to the handle being off - its a unsightly mess. It can't be installed correctly, rather when installed it will jiggle loosely, and the handle will point up at a 30 degree angle. Tried looking up their customer service on their website, but the website has be repossessed by godaddy and no longer is theres.

This review will read like I am asking a lot out of a simple trip lever, but this was a part of a remodel, and I may need to keep lookingThe handle is hollow metal with a chrome finish. The base metal was tumbled so the chrome does not have a mirror like shine. The lift rod is brass and very solid so adjusting to a specific tank shape is not any problem. The handle does have some rattle so the feel in use makes you think there is a bushing missing or the body ID is a bit over size. It remins me of flush handles from the 90s budget toilets. Will it impress anyone... no, but works well and installed easy on a Mansfield tank with a square hole. Better than plastic, yes. Will I buy another, no. As the touch point on the fixture it get the job done but feels very contractor grade

Product appears to be quality made. However it does not work with a Kohler toilet Model #31674-0. The handle is made for a square mounting hole with the sides parallel with the floor. This Kohler toilet is on a 45 degree angle to the floor, I am unsure of thos is a standard with kohler. I would suggest to make sure of your toilets squareconfiguration before purchase.

My flush tank is curved and I had to bend the shaft to fit. The instructions could have been more clear. Working well so far.

These are very easy to install and add a nice, modernized look to the toilet. The only thing to note is that there is a little bit of wiggle to the handle itself once installed; it doesn't fit tight against the tank but it works just fine and isn't visible. Great value for the spend!

The product was priced very competitively, if not cheapest. But, the solid metal arm and construction of this handle have met my expectations.

.after a usage of a year the attach piece from the metallic lever to the inner basin has broken. How to get spares? Parts should have been identified in a detail sketch
