This handle replaced my toilet’s original handle, which has internal components made of plastic. This handle is very sturdy and seems very well made. Installation was a breeze…Had to adjust/bend the metal lever, however, as it was scratching the inside of the tank, but it was an easy fix. It’s a great price point and looks great. Don’t hesitate on this one.

I replaced the lever on a a twenty-year old American Standard in minutes. Works great and the gold color now matches the gold fixtures in the guest bathroom. The old one was silver in color, which was always annoying. Saved on hiring a plumber and/or going to the store(s) to find the appropriate lever. Good value, works great, and should last for a long time.

Good quality flush handles but they have 2 faults. I got the brushed nickel finish. These handles have a great nickel finish, installation is easy, come with everything you need and they work well. The first fault with these handles is they stick out too far and touch the toilet lid. This has already left a scuff mark on my toilet lid. The second fault is the handle fits too tight in the square hole in the toilet tank. It comes with a square rubber seal for the handle so first I left that out but it still didn't fit like it should. Next I removed the ribs off of the square part that slides into the toilet tank with a razor knife. After doing this modification it fits like it should. You can definitely install these without messing with anything but they will not fit as flush as they need too. Overall they are good toilet handles but could be great with a few changes

I like that it was white, matching the toilet tank, and won't go out of style next year. The shape is such that the toilet lid won't touch it when the lid is up (it is recessed except at the the tip of the handle). It is not flimsy plastic. An improvement from our previous replacements.

I like the finish on this product. It matches my faucet and shower head. It was easy to install. My only problem is that chain on tge the internal mechanism sometimes gets flipped over the bar and allows the toilet to keep running rather than shutting off entirely. This only seems to happen when my husband uses it, so maybe just be gentle with it and it will be fine.

Had replacement kits that had plastic toilet handles. They snapped easily. This metal handle and extension piece is VERY ROBUST. Wish I had bought this product years ago.
