This is the second time I'm having issues with this box. The first one I bought worked for the first few weeks then it would turn off and would not turn on until I unplugged it. Luckily I was within the return window and exchanged it for another box. It's been over 2 months and the same thing has happened again. I can't exchange or return this one since I'm outside the return/exchange window. I would not recommend buying this.

I bought this based on a recommendation from an acquaintance at a party, as the concept sounded very intriguing. I am not sure if this is a product issue or a service issue, but this is not ready to use out of the box. The box comes with a recommended service provider who is not as easy to communicate with but I finally managed to get some references for service providers and managed to purchase a subscription.The configuration, activation and set up is also a time consuming process and requires a lot of online research but once you have set it up, this definitely works beautifully.The set up process can be challenging for some to understand and may require some research. Wish they included some links and qR codes to pages that guide you how to set up.Now that it is set up, configured and working, its a great box and offers access to amazing content with good quality.Low rating for the initial set up.

This is totally not worth!! Every other day there will be significant audio lag in the video!! I have to restart the device every day to remove the lag!!

The device works. However to setup IPTV took a long time. There is no instructions and user interface is very counter intuitive and old style as if using a Linux machine. Plays video ok however there is a small lag in audio time to time. Does it job but takes lot of effort and clicking and navigating menu to play one video

Documentation provided with it is very poor in terms of functions on the remote. They could improve this. The product seems to be good but it is too early to tell. This lack of documentation does not lend it self to use the device to its full potential. They could easily fix this and see big improvement in the cust Sat.
