I bought this product and this is my honest opinion. I have fibromyalgia and did my homework for natural relief. An infrared sauna blanket is a no-brainer for easy storage and is financially friendly. The box came. Here are the issues I experienced. The instructions are in bad Chenglish. The timer/temperature gauge would not respond to the remote. Yes, I pulled the plastic piece out of the remote. Kind of like when you get a watch to start working.The temperature settings are in Celsius. 80 is the highest. The temperature went up to 104 Fahrenheit in places at best. We have a heat gauge.I reached out to Amazon customer service for a replacement, which came in a few days.The sauna blanket is supposed to get to 172 Fahrenheit. The replacement reaches 120 in spots at the most, so it is still an issue.I barely sweat, a trickle on my forehead is about all. But I did not buy it to sweat. It is for pain management. It gets plenty hot for me. I don’t think my sensitive skin can do a higher temperature, so I am keeping this one. After 30 minutes I was ready to get out. I will work up to 60 minutes. After moving around afterwards I felt as if I had been given a 60-minute massage. I like this blanket/bag because it zips. I can lay in it with skin contact if I wish because of the thickness and material, but I bought sauna blanket towels to line it. The heating coils are on both sides of the blanket, top and bottom.It does have a hot plasticy smell when it heats up. I am hoping that dissipates.Let me know if this review is a help. The heater in my place is very inefficient, and so I was freezing all the time. Crawling into this sac has saved me from being miserable 24/7. Heats up quickly, cleans easily, lightweight and easy to store. The remote does get hot, and it does look like a body bag- a bit creepy, but it'll be your best friend.

Double-sided zippers enable you to exit and make adjustments, while side zippers make access simple. Directions and the remote are simple to use. I adore the arm access.

This sauna is something I adore.I can't go to the spa as frequently as I'd like to after having several surgeries. The money was worth 100,000.00% because of this. from practicality, comfort, and size. I don't have any complaints at all. 10 out of 10, I heartily endorse.

This is really simple to lay out and quickly jump into, so I keep it folded up by my bed. It feels fantastic. anticipating the health advantages.

I made sure to read the manual word for word and the other reviews before using this to make sure I was using it correctly. I added fifteen more minutes after starting at thirty. After plugging it in and putting on a freshly laundered swimsuit, I turned it on and kept the heat at a lower setting before turning it up a bit more.My cat even joined and laid on top of it while I heated inside. It doesn't get too hot on the outside so its safe to touch (as least from my first try).I will be trying to use mine 2-3x a week on a hotter temperature while I try to lose weight.

When I opened it, I discovered that it was neatly packaged in a case. In actuality, this is a bag rather than a blanket. In other words, you enter it like a sleeping bag. I was pleasantly surprised to find that it reached temperature in two to three minutes. It quickly went from around 60 degrees to 122 degrees. I was astounded. It's nice that your arms can pass through the holes, and it's really toasty and warm.I tried it and liked it so much, I wasn't gonna get out, but then I did as I had some things to do. And you know what? Yep, my girlfriend climbed in it...alone, and then went to sleep until the nicely designed timer shut off.Both of us agree, it is VERY relaxing, especially on your back. If you have any back stiffness or issues this really works great. And the controller is easy to adjust.
