I was hoping that the Arctic and Antarctic constellation slides would appear more like a real planetarium. These had crude constellation stick outlines that obscured the underlying stars, and the other stars around them didn’t appear realistic. The other slides of the Milky Way and a black hole were not nearly as detailed as the original slide that came with the machine. They had an odd streaky quality to them with blobby stars, not the pinpoints in the original slide. I hope the manufacturer comes out with an improved version of this set of slides.

The image quality of these disks is not anywhere near 5k Ultra HD. I ordered 3 of those packs and not one disk was nearly as good as the disk that comes with the project. I.e. they first get you hooked with the projector and then only sell these poor quality disks. Sorry, that’s a scam to me. BTW: It’s the exact same with the POCOCO Galaxy Star Projector.I attached pictures of the disks. The one that looks like a mirror is the high quality one and the others (black looking) are poor quality.

My 6 year old grandson recieved the projector for christmas. He loves the astronomy disks that came with it. So i ordered the nebula disk set right away. He is still excited.

Exceptionally poor resolution when compared to the disk that comes with the projector. As stated on a separate review, the one that comes with the projector has a mirrored finish while the one’s separate are a standard, cheap film. Very disappointing. I probably would not have purchased this projector if I saw the quality of the additional slides before hand.
