I ordered this not realizing it was aluminum. I thought it was an upgraded cover made from Nodular Iron. The quality of this diff cover is awesome, easy to see why it is so pricey. It is very well made and the magnetic dipstick and drain plug are nice. I however, need one for a rig that gets abused pretty hard offroad and aluminum just doesn't cut it. I have already shattered one aluminum diff cover and I am not looking to have the same problem a second time. If my rig stayed on pavement or forest service roads, I would definitely be using this.

If your looking for an excellent cover that clears your factory rear sway bar with excellent fit and finish, this is what ya need. These folks have made primo covers for many years, built-in o-ring channel for the cover (no more dang stamped gaskets), magnetic drain plug, magnetic dipstick, all with o-ring seals as well. Even has a probe port to insert a temp gauge sender to monitor the temps. Comes with stainless hardware! Only mod for Titan XD folks is the brake line bracket will sit on top of the cover, you need to fab up a small offfset tab to secure it again...easy enough. Looks awesome installed and adds extra oil volume as well!

I bought this for my semi-fliat 14 bolt I was going all out on and building from a bare housing, I considered this the "cherry on top". First impressions were amazing. It was so much nicer in person than pictures could achieve.BUTIm not so sure if it was just me but Ive seen other reviews around the web about people having issues with the bolts being too long. In that case, Mine were, they would bottom out in the housing before I could actually tighten the cover down. So I had to make a trip to lowes and purchase some bolts that were the same hex head design and thread size, but about 1/8th of an inch shorter. Which I didnt mind. They were 80 scents each.But I could be wrong about them being too long, I have a corperate 14 bolt out of an 87 suburban, so for all I know, the newer model axles have deeper bolt holes. Other than that issue, Its an amazing cover! And it sure beats the stock one!

This thing is bad ass! Increased capacity, stainless bolts, everything was manufactured perfect and if looks and performs awesome. Included are clear directions, extra hardware and it took me less than hour to swap out. Great purchase!

Installation was easy and straightforward. All hardware is included and is good quality stuff. Extra oil capacity is nice thing. Cover looks good too.
