This headlamp, while a bit large in its physical dimensions, is a very effective tool. Given its array of lighting modes, It's highly versatile. What I like about it I like a whole lot. What I like less about it doesn't really matter all that much. Here are my thoughts:1. It has lots of different output emitters (just look at them all!). Lighting doesn't come from just one source that's easily blocked by something. It comes from multiple sources so that if something is in the way of one (like a car hood strut), you don't get a shadow in the middle of your view.2. You can enable each group of light sources individually by cycling through the lighting modes. Thus, you can choose the overall output level and dispersion pattern that suits your needs.3. It is driven by TWO (2!) 18650 rechargeable lithium batteries. With a power supply like that, it tells you something about how bright this thing can get!4. The 18650 batteries are INCLUDED! Those things have gotten more expensive in recent times. Just buying two of those can cost you more than this whole headlight costs. They're not likely the BEST 18650's out there, but they're perfectly effective.5. The 18650 batteries are replaceable. They're not sealed inside where you can't get to them.6. The battery case, located at the back of the head when you're wearing the headlamp, has a red bar light you can turn on either solid or flashing. This is an excellent safety feature, especially for use when bike riding in dark conditions.7. The main lamps (large, vertically arranged, central emitters) produce a very bright spotlight and adequate spill for excellent general use.8. The secondary lamps (four large, lateral emitters on either side of the main lamps) add directly to the main lamps' spotlight and spill, further brightening the throw pattern.9. Tucked under the secondary lamps are two flat-pattern emitters. These are pure flood lamps and produce an perfectly even dispersion with no spotlighting. This is very good for close-quarters work where a spotlight is too bright and focused for a comfortable view. These lamps also have red-colored emitters so they can be used as safety lights.10. The thick, sturdy, adjustable elastic headband seems like it's going to last at least as long as the electronics do.There's just one thing I'd prefer were different. While the secondary emitters are aimed to reinforce the primary lights, reinforcing the spotlight, I'd rather that they extended the periphery of the beam for a wider view. The primary spotlight is quite bright in itself. I think there'd be more value in brightening the periphery.But, overall, an excellent value and a great product!

I can 💯% guarantee that you will be very happy & thankful to of bought this light for work you do & that you will not be disappointed, upset, angry/mad, or annoyed, etc. over this purchase! Of course unless you get a defective item or defective batteries 🪫 or something like that. But sometimes those things can happen but don’t worry because @AMAZON they have always took care of us & made things right so I am sure if that happens they will do the same for you! Anyways so I have been buying this type/style of headlamp/light for many of years now! Now I haven’t been buying this product name here for years, just only this type of light/design or style of light. Now of course with anything you usually buy & use a lot, overtime it does get worn out & all. Only issues I have had with it getting worn down is relating to the headlamps/lightings head strap getting way loose & stretched out that fits around your head, or the battery compartments door latch breaking, but besides that, everything else is no issue at all. Even with those few things happening here and there, I still have always been able to use my headlamp/light or at least rig it to be used still at least just until I can get a new one sent. I haven’t ever had any issues with the actual lights bulbs or buttons or brightness 🔆 or charging area on any of the 4 or 5 different brands that I have owned! So I hope that this review truly helps at least 1️⃣ person & that you get you one of these types of headlamps & use it, & love it as much as I do! Even though it’s worn out it still works great with no problem! 🚨IMPORTANT ℹ️: I have found that it’s best to make sure to have/get or buy the better batteries 🔋 if it doesn’t come with them, meaning the “mAh” which determines many of things like “how long the battery 🔋 will last before depleting or how fast/slow before the battery will drain/die 🪫, how much total charge it will take & can hold overall, + more! So I believe that it’s very important when it comes to the size & qaulity of the battery 🔋 you use & buy, so I recommend that you find a good 1️⃣ & buy you at least a pair or 2️⃣ pairs of “3000 or 5000 mAh” *18650 battery* or higher to use, because some of the ones they will send you, & even some of them out there that people/companies sale are not good at all & will cause you to have to buy more or be switching out batteries frequently! Please also remember to first type in the keywords of this style of headlamp to find the lowest price possible/cheapest option of 1️⃣ to save you some money, because over time I have come to realize that they usually are all the same product but just with a different logo name or brand name with the only difference being the 💵 Price/cost💲 for it! No disappointing. Batteries have excellent capacity. Much more light most headlights. Fit easily on my helmet. I've used in behind appliances, in rafters, and under crawl spaces. What a please to have all the light that I need.

The large battery pack along with the straps and wires seems a little cumbersome at first, but it slipped right on without any fuss and is exceptionally comfortable. Excellent options for brightness and changing light patterns. The battery pack as a separate red light for the rear, which would be perfect for outdoor activities along a road (running, bike riding, etc.), and if you don't need it, you never have to mess with that option while selecting the front light from the main switch.I do not particularly like the flashing light options on the main unit - VERY bright and distracting, and you have to cycle though them every time you want to turn the light off - the flashing functions should have a separate witch, since they would only be for emergencies and rarely used.Overall, this is a great light for outdoor work or camp use. The red light in front should also be a good choice to avoid spooking animals.
