Easy to Use:
Step1. Spray
Start by spraying the window using the included spray bottle filled with your favorite window cleaning solution for best dispersion.
(Please make sure to turn the nozzle on the spray bottle to spray mode before use.)
Step2. Clean
Then loosen the dirt on the window with the microfiber cloth on the spray bottle. Work the solution around the entire window pane.
(Please spray more water on the glass surface to make sure it is wet enough. Please fully wet the microfiber cloth before wiping.)
Step3. Vacuum
Place the scraper diagonally on the window and gently slide the silicone part against the surface of the window to remove stains.
1. IMPORTANT: Before using the vacuum cleaner, it is essential to spray enough glass cleaner with the attached spray bottle and thoroughly wipe the window surface with a towel.
2. CAUTION: Please avoid applying excessive force during use to prevent any damage to the delicate window surface.

Troubleshooting:
Q: The window vacuum does not work? A: The window vac may be out of power. We recommended that recharge the vac before using it. If it still does not work, please conta CS center, we will handle this situation for you within 24hours.
Q: The window vac does not absorb water smoothly? A: The scraper probably worn or dusty, if there have dusty on scraper we recommended to wipe and clean the scraper first. If the scraper is damaged, please conta CS center,we will provide you a scraper replacement.
Q: There is liquid at the bottom of the window vac? How to solve? A: Please just place the vac vertically and vacuum air for about 60 seconds, after then pour out the water in the sewage tank, use dry cloth wipe the vac and use the foamless glass solution to vacuum window.
Tips: During the operation, we recommended to use a rag evenly spread the detergent sprayed on the glass first, this will improve the liquid situation happened.

It’s fast cleaning machine but I take off one star because it leaves smudges on windows and mirrors. Other than that works great. Suction is pretty good, it’s very light and pretty well made. Love little tank collecting extra water. Maybe I will change my review to 5 starts after I will use for little longer.

I’m only giving one star. I love the idea of this, but the second time I used it, I had to press and hold the on/off button for a good minute to get it to turn on. Then I couldn’t turn it off. I probably pushed the button 60 times before it finally shut off. The next time I used it, it turned on quickly, but wouldn’t turn off. I had to just let it run. The next time, I got it to turn on after messing with it for a bit, but had to plug it in to get it to turn off. Now it won’t even turn on. It was a waste of money. I’ve spent more time trying to mess with the button than actually using it.Update: I was sent another one of these and it works perfectly. There must have been a malfunction on the first one. Off market use, I love using this squeegee to clean up spills and to get the last bit of liquid up after mopping!

Spray bottle leaks constantly. The head that holds the cleaning pad onto the spray bottle detaches under normal pressure when wiping the window. Vacuum seems to work ok but that is only half the process. I spent more time reassembling the spray bottle and cleaning up leaks from it than I did cleaning the window. I have a “name brand†version of the same product for our primary home which is one of the best cleaning products I own. I purchased this for a vacation property, and unless I can figure out a way to secure the head it will be returned.

Love the concept of this. I always never know what to do with the remaining liquid at the bottom of the mirror/ window. It does what it's suppose to, but at a certain angle it does leak on the bottom. But it cleans really well with the squeegee.

I only used it 3 times. I am amazed how fast & well it works. It sucks up all the liquid off the window & leaves it streak free. Some of the reviews indicated that it did not perform very well. If you are careful when using the vacuum--keep it close to the glass & move at a controlled rate, this unit preforms well. I used it to clean my sliding glass doors. The whole job took me less than 5 minutes- both inside & out. I found no streaks the next day. If this unit keeps working as well as the first 3 times, I rate it as Excellent!! It is a real time saver. By the way, I hate cleaning windows but, this unit makes it very fast & easy.

Highly recommend this window cleaner, works very well, just wish it had a little longer neck so the bottom of window can be done without hitting the window sill. The spray bottle included is really cheap, small, and always comes apart. The washing attachment is too long and slides back and forth. Fix these issues and this would be a 5/5.

I used this maybe twice thinking it might have been a user error and I wanted to give it another chance. Doesn't perform as advertised but looks cool.
