Although I have yet to use this for baked goods, I have used this to bake and prep other foods. No tarnishing from high heat. I like the gritted bottom, it definitely seems to help with sticking. Bakes evenly and great size. Very happy with this dish and plan on continuing to use.

This is an awesome baking pan! I’ve used it many many times so far and it’s great. Super easy to clean- nothing sticks to it! It’s pretty large and can make a large cake or cobbler perfectly. A great pan for a great price.
