There really isn't anything not to like about this message book. Four messages per page with a carbon copy remaining in the book. I particularly like that a carbon copy remains in the book as it prevents people from using the "I never got the message" routine and sticky notes all over. At least there is now a trail that a message did come in. Another advantage over sticky notes is that someone answers the phone, but is not a receptionist as in a small company, by filling out the book you get all the necessary information. Ever have an engineer take a message and forget to get a name or return phone number? The book comes with a card stock type divider (actually one of the first pages which you tear out) and when used prevents the message from bleeding through to the other pages. The paper is of decent quality and tears out nicely without much care. Only downside, which is not a problem with the product, is it will take my office years to fill 400 messages. Maybe I should have gotten a smaller book.

Was really glad to find out that Amazon was offering these message books. We have an answering service and answer the phone for half a dozen different businesses, so we go thru message books pretty quickly. Amazon's price is about half of what we were paying our other vendor. We have tried other brands, but this Rediform is the only one that has the information laid out in a concise, clean, logical order. If you need a message book, this is definitely the one I would recommend.

This is my favorite message book. Have tried many others, but my personal preference would be the Rediform Message Book. It is concise and detailed, excellent for the way I work. Having the carbon copy is great as well.

well at my age things leave my mind regularly so I write messages in one book can take a copy with and still know where to find the info

Have been purchasing this Message Book for at least 20 years (not sure if it's the same supplier), and will continue to use for messages, also use as a message pad "reminder". The copy is perfect for people that have a tendency to forget.

Pretty straight-forward as message pads go, but the perforations cause a lot of problems for me. I end up tearing the next sheet trying to get them to separate. Very cheaply made. I will not be purchasing this brand again when they run out.
