This Reelworks Oil Hose Reel is crafted of heavy duty gauge industrial steel, heat treated w/ powder coating resisting against corrosion. Reinforced flanged edges, stamped steel guide arm & L-base all light weight & strong, ensuring optimal support. The Premium Commercial SAE.100R1AT Oil Hose is made of Nitrile, Neoprene & single high-tensile steel wire braid & has a working pressure of 2320PSI/160BAR w/ 1/2" (12.7m) MNPT connections for large volume delivery.
Utilizing double adjustment enclosed multi-position release ratchet spring, locking the hose at any desired length. Ball bearing swivel joint inlet connection protecting against leaks & reducing swivel spool & body friction, an Adjustable Hose Stopper & Non-Snag Rollers. Premium SAE.100R1AT Hose is Resistant to: Oils, acids, puncture resistance, abrasion, weather & works in the toughest conditions of -40°F to 212°F (-40°C to 100°C), for the best advantage to suit your needs.
Our Reels are OSHA, RoHS, ISO: 9001, 14001, CNAS, SQC, IAF, MSHA, Listed approved & certified, including cull quality tested. Reelworks Reels are best suited for indoor/outdoor use, night or day, DIY or industrial applications allowing for extension to be up out of the way keeping the home/workplace safe. Fabricated an Angle iron frame, Bolted them to the frame and placed the frame on the oil Tank.no issues.

High quality reel and hose. We use it every day at my shop for oil changes. Used with a digital Goodyear oil meter. You need a good pump to make this work with motor oil.

The price was right but, the mount is flimsy and can easily be bent. Works fine for occasional use. But everyday all day I would recommend. I also have a cox reel that is very similar and is 100% more heavy duty. Over all would not buy again
