Good alternative to the traditional choke chain. My dogs trainer loaned me a choke chain for training but didn't like the look. She's a pitbull mix. I wanted something that did the same job but was more attractive. She's the sweetest, silliest dog and I didn't want her to look like, sadly, the stereotype of a pitbull and this collar works. It's well made and she's comfortable in it. As soon as you relax your hold on the leash it loosens as it should. Good quality and nice color. I like the reflective threading for visibility at night.

We have a Pibble and her neck is bigger than her head.Regular collars don’t work but this is a soft choker that tightens when she pulls without being hard or heavy like a traditional chain.Sturdy material similar to what you’d find in a ratchet strap or tie down.I’d buy it again in a heartbeat.

These are decent collars. Unfortunately, they need to make a size medium. The small was too small for my dog and the large was too big.

I bought this for my 100 lb Anatolian Shepherd. The collar is a tiny bit padded on the inside which is really nice! Surprisingly, the fit was exactly as described so it fits her perfectly! And it's very nice quality too, and looks neat and sharp on her! I'll try to come back and add a photo if I can. Very pleased with it!

I bought this collar to be able to better train my dog. I have a prong collar as well, but I wanted a thick slip that I would be able to use before having to resort to a prong. The results are AMAZING. The thick slip allows for even pressure around her neck, and the width makes me feel confident that she is not injuring herself nor am I injuring her. We are currently working on loose leash walking and dog reactivity, and within 2 days, she has shown more progress than months with a professional dog trainer who swore by using a martingale collar to train. For any dog trainer or dog owner who wants to work on training their dog, this is an amazing investment, and I highly recommend it. As a plus, I love the reflective stitching for late night walks as it adds an extra safety feature; the mesh under lining is great in summer; and the collar, teal, looks beautiful on my dogs coat.

We used this style to train our dog. We are going on a road trip and wanted the added reminder for our boy while in new places. This arrived HUGE. Way too big. Seems decent quality, and the style is great for training, but this one won't be used, need to return, it is that big. Make sure you read full size description. My gsp 55lbs normally wears an 18, so we went with the larger one -smaller only goes to 15 inches.But bigger is way too big.

I have two 80 lb dogs and use it for both. One is an extreme puller. The collar has held up amazingly for several years now. Good quality!

We purchased a Medium for our two Malinois with 18†necks this collar is WAYYYYY too large making it unsafe for use.Other than sizing being insanely off it LOOKS like a great collar. I will return for the small and try again. Hopefully that works better.

The product is great bought 2 of them for my 2 pitbulls. They both love the new collar . I love their new collars an had them within 2 days after i Ordered them Would definitely order the product again when i need them

I like this collar better than some others that I have tried. My dog seems to like this one. It seems be of good quality but I do find it does not release as easily as others.

I have a husky and this collar fits well but is not super tight around my dogs thick mane. The inside of the collar is softer material. My dog pulls a lot on lead and this collar works well for tightening up but no choking her.

My dog chewed through it easily. I didn't notice a difference with my dogs pulling over a period of 3 weeks. She hated tjis collar though. Not for my dog.. maybe it will work for yours.
