The transmission fluid heat exchanger on my Winnebago Rialta was leaking coolant. The previous owner had replaced it once already, so it appears to be a weakness of the Eurovan/T4. I replaced it with this adapter and an external transmission cooler. The kit is kinda pricey, though. If I had to do it again, I would just get a pair of M14 to 6AN fittings.

Used on a 2001 eurovan. Worked great I used different clamps though then the ones provided in the kit.

I had the cooler installed by AAMCO and it dropped my tranny temps by 60 degrees.
