Does not fit TH400 shifter shaft

I bought this tool as a kit with a seal for a th400 transmission. The tool does not fit and therefore does no good to me. Why would you send a tool with a seal that doesn't even work to install the included seal. That's about the dumbest thing I've ever seen. You know it doesn't work. Stop selling it.

Works as advertised stopped the leak at the transmission shifter shaft. It would be very hard to install without this tool in the car.

Removal tool did not fit over selector shaft on my TH 350 trans. Had to drill it out with a 1/2†bit so it would fit over selector shaft. Tool would not bite into seal. Tried for 2 hours to start it. Afraid to hit it any harder. Complete waste of time and money. Do NOT buy this company’s product.

Tool said it was for a Turbo 350. Did not fit over the shift shaft. i had to grind the hole bigger on the remover and the installer tool. It removed the seal quite easily after that. But its only a one time use tool without struggling. The tapered end with threads brake off and it wont screw into the seal again. I looked for a better brand but I didnt see one.

Works great and very easy tool to use. Seemed a little tight going over the shifter but didn’t damage shifter. If you’re unsure how to use. There are plenty of you tube videos.
