Cummins part is $450 + depending on where you get it. This is LESS than $40. Yeah, it's made in Korea, but at this price I can put a new one on every year for 10 years and still SPEND LESS MONEY.

I Installed it. It didn't work, wouldn't shut engine off. Paid Cummins mechanic big money to make it work, they couldn't. Bought one from Cummins for $720, I installed it, runs great.Edit- As in the headline, the vendor contacted me and offered a refund of the purchase price without me even asking. I would be happy to use them for other purchases. However I wouldn't use this solenoid if you have an 8.3, it probably does work on a 5.9.

I am very unhappy. This fuel solenoid for my truck does not fit to replace the one that is damaged in my truck. The screw hole placement is not in the correct space. And of course my window for doing a refund ended yesterday. The photo on the left is the original. And the one on the right shows the placement of the holes is incorrect. I’m very unhappy

Youd think theyd specify its not for a dodge application since that must be 90% of 12v cummins on the marketCut the plug to wire in the correct pigtail for the dodge just to fiddle with installing it for 20 minutes fighting the heim joint before realizing its too small to go onto the arm of the pump lever

This solenoid as not the same as the Cummins part and may not function as a result. The Cummins part has a swivel built into the actuating shaft, just under the boot, this allows the lower part of the actuator to articulate slightly through the sweep of the shut down lever arc. This part does not, so cannot articulate through the sweep of the shut down lever, resulting in it jamming when activated.
