I have a Secret Labs Titan chair that I had bought from a friend. The arm rests had sustained substantial "gamer rage" and weren't functional at all. After a while the arm rests completely fell off. Being that I wasn't the original purchaser of the chair, the company would not send replacements.I started a search and came across these replacement arms and thought I'd give them a shot. They had good reviews, so I thought, "Why not?". Once I received them, I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and sturdiness of the arm rests. I was a bit worried that they may not fit properly, but once again, I was pleasantly surprised! They fit perfectly, and even had room for adjustments.There are 5 attachment holes that go to whatever chair you would be using. 4 corner holes and one in the middle. I assume that is for chairs that only have 3 attachment screws. MAKE SURE TO SAVE THE EXISTING SCREWS YOU ALREADY HAVE AS THESE ARMS DO NOT COME WITH THEM. Plus it would be difficult for the company to know exactly what size hardware to send since all chairs are not created equal.Overall, I am very impressed with these replacement arm rests! They have all the functions that the Secret Lab arm rests had. The only thing that I may do in the future is get some padding. The arm rests are nice, but could be more comfortable. Can't beat the quality or price though! 5 out of 5 stars.

I have an AKRACING Core EX chair that’s roughly 8 years old. The chair has been great and is in excellent shape with the exception of the arm rests. I looked for factory replacements, but AK Racing doesn’t sell them anymore, they want you to pay $400+ and just replace the entire chair which is in excellent shape.I ordered these instead, and for the price, I am highly impressed. They’re actually slightly better than the original, took minutes to install and now the chair looks new again. I was very happy to find these, saved me the money of replacing an otherwise perfectly good chair. They feel very comfortable, and look great. Strongly recommended.

Had one of mine snap off after 4 years of use. Put this on and it works very well. Just a little shorter than the actual secret lab one. I would highly recommend the aloudy armrest pads that fit perfectly with these arms for a comfortable experience.. Otherwise it's pretty hard plastic and ok to rest on.

literally just received these new arm rests within the last hour. I had just recently purchased a new computer chair, although the one I went with is marketed as more of a "gaming" chair. After assembling the new chair I was very quickly disappointed with the arm rests. They had only adjustments on the y-axis (up and down) and were way too wide to actually provide any support while typing on the keyboard/use of mouse. It was actually more of a strain to try and use them then not using them at all.So I found these on amazon, and just installed them. As another reviewer posted, they don't come with any installation screws, but it was easy enough just to use the ones that the original arm rests were installed with. So far so good. The screw slots allow for a more narrow installation profile and then the adjustments that are possible on the x-axis (side to side) and z-axis (forward and backward) work well. The 4th D adjustment, rotating around the axis are okay.I took off a star solely based on the fact that the product page gave little information and the pictures gave me the impression that the x-axis adjustments were more extreme than they really are. There only the middle position and then one step to the right and one to the left from middle, and I wish there was more. Also after unboxing I realized there were not stickers or letter markings to denote which was right and left side. and after looking at them side by side and adjusting them I honestly couldn't tell almost any difference. So it came down to button location preference for me, specifically the inside button that adjusts the z-axis (forwards and backwards). That can either be in the front for quick access by your thumbs or in the back, which just seemed awkward. Also since none of the pictures on the product page have the arm rests installed on a chair that didn't help either...Long story short, I'd recommend them if you find yourself in a similar situation as me, bought a new chair but are unhappy with the arm rests adjustability. The other option being spending quite a bit more for one of the really fancy office chairs with all of this functionality already built in.

Way better than expected. And the pictures are out dated; the key thing is that the mounting bracket had 5 holes and allows it to fit a wider range of chairs. I bought this for an ikea chair to replace the stock arm rests. The holes on the ikea chair seem purposefully designed to not fit other arm rests; the holes are 1 inch apart while most chairs are 1.2 inch apart. However, not pictured is the 5th hole in the mounting bracket that allows this to fit even ikea's annoying design.The only gripe is how hard these arm rests feel, but that's acceptableSo I'm very happy with this purchase!

I have a secret labs omega gaming chair which the arm rests had started to fall apart and these fit perfectly on it, they have all the same features as the original.

This pair not only fit perfectly on my older desk chair, but added positioning options I wish had been available. Overall quality is fantastic, and sturdiness has not been an issue. The adjustment locks are generous and easily picked, and having rotating armrests allows a more ergonomic feel for office work or gaming, and is quick to alter. Have been using for a while now, and no sign of degradation or wear. Would highly recommend these if you are looking for a decent replacement at a reasonable price.
