This scraper is great. The handle feels really nice in the hand, has a nice weight to it but doesn't feel bulky, and the blade/plate is strong and sturdy. I was able to use it along with my spatula to mix my food easily but didn't have my fingers too close to the flattop or the hot food. It was also great when moving food from the griddle to my plate. If your hot food is spitting, I would use common sense and use something with a longer reach or handle, but this worked fantastic for the breakfast scramble I made. This will be a tool I use every time I cook.

Works well. Like it better than my old scraper with a hollow handle. Mostly because its easier to keep clean.

This little tool is a must have for griddle scraping! It also works great for working with high hydration dough when baking. For the cost, you can't go wrong. It's a must have in any kitchen

It cost $$$ to return, more than half the cost of the item.We ended up with doubles over Christmas and when I tried to return it... Surprise!
