This is super large enough to take all the starters I need for larger bakes; previous containers would always run over or explode.

Works great for mixing small sourdough loaves. Clear enough to see through side to check on rise. Wish it came with a lid.

Brined a 22 pound turkey in this with no problem. Placed on to the bottom of my refrigerator while turkey was in the brine. I did use a brine bag so that I could tie it up and keep the turkey and liquid enclosed. I did not buy the lid for this bucket.

Omg life saver. I can make a batch of butter cream icing, freeze it and the day before decorating a cake let it sit out a few hours.

The description states that it is made of PP plastic, but the bottom of the container shows both PP5 and PC7. PC7 plastic can have BPA in it which can cause human health issues.Looking at the description again, I don’t see it specifically say it is BPA-free. Because of this, I’ll be playing it safe and tossing this container. I’ll replace it with a pure PP plastic one.Giving 3 stars because it is a sturdy container and has given me no other issues.

Purchased for bulk bread proofing, works great and easy to clean. I love that the lid snaps in place. I can make 6 loaves (approx 800g ea).
