Nice lid to compliment the c20. Seems expensive when buying both container and lid but once you get past the cost it's nice. Not the thickest plastic and wouldn't carry it when full but seems like it will hold up well.Got the one for my anofi precision and perfect fit with cutout and easily remove lid with cooker attached to the container.For long cooks it's great. Minimal evaporation.

The only difference between this cover at $29+ and one from mt local restaurant supply is the $20 I paid for the cut out. While precision cut & finished, essentially the same thing can be done with a Dremel tool or a hole saw and coping saw and some fine sandpaper. This cut out is also close enough dimensionally for the Gourmia GSV150. If you have the tools, save your money. Fits Cambro GN1/1 Camtainer, but genuine Cambro lids fit a little better. I would not buy this or smaller size again . . . DIY might not be as pretty, but will work just fine. Will also permit different placement of the opening.

Fits my anova perfectly, and you can see in the picture all the moisture it keeps in. Before I was using a towel or aluminum foil and I got tired of doing that. I really didn't want to spend $30 on a lid but I was gifted some money and I'm liking the product.

Made to fit perfectly with the Lipavi C20 container. The cutout is perfect for the Anova sous vide. If you have the C20 container, you need this lid too. A bit pricy for what it is, but it works great to help keep the heat and evaporation in when sous viding using the C20 container.

It keeps the water from evaporating as quickly, and keeps the heat in. The cutout is just right for my immersion circulator. But the lid warps a bit at higher temperatures and - also at higher temperatures - causes the condensing water to drip onto the counter because the container's lip is horizontal instead of tilted upwards.

The cut-out perfectly fits my the Anova Sous vide immersion circulator (cooker). The cover also fits the LIPAVI sous vide container model C20 Polycarbonate 6.5 Gallon container (26 quarts) which measures 12.8W x 21L x 8H Inch. It keeps the water evaporation down to a minimum and helps keep the temperature from fluctuating which triggers the Anova to turn on and off due to the water evaporation. Well made product.
