I bought this item and returned it because it leaked at the extension area. The seller offered to send me a new one free of charge. I said thank you but not necessary. They sent one anyway. The new one works just as we wanted it to. No leaks, hits all the high out of the way plants with ease. I would buy from this seller again. I know they believe in their products and want their customers to believe and be extremely satisfied. I for one am extremely satisfied.

I really like this product. The adjustable length is great for an older man like me. Don't have to bend over as much.The handle is comfortable and quite easy to adjust the flow volume. The telescoping shaft is prone to bending, which in itself, doesn't affect the flow of water. The adjustable flow head is well designed to meet any watering situation within reason. The flow head is a delight to use on difficult watering situations.My only complaint is that the rotating flow head adjustment, flood, jet, mist etc., is very poorly made. Many of the settings, have small water streams flowing at a 30 degree angle away from the main stream. Isn't a lot of water, but it ruins the precision of watering just what you want to water.I'll probably purchase a 2nd sprayer, just because of the positive features. However, it won't be until I research this brand and others to see if there is a better made model.

I bought this to replace a water wand that sprung multiple leaks due to very high water pressure. This handles the water pressure without leaking around the joints. The long telescope allows me to water a hanging planter about 10 feet off the ground with no problem. Very pleased with this tool.

I am not happy about the fact that the washer at the nozzle end of the product broke, causing leakage. I purchased the want in late July and have only used it minimally in the past 6 weeks. It is too soon, with so little use, for something like this to happen.

The telescoping tube and spray adjustment on the Restmo watering wand are great for numerous tasks around my house with its tall windows and screened enclosures. It eliminates the need for a ladder and getting soaked while spraying overhead. The wand worked well for several hours and then started leaking from the screw-tight coupling where the upper telescoping tube slides into the main handle tube. The screw-on coupling itself was water-tight but the female threaded fitting on the handle tube came loose, allowing water to freely spray out. The fitting is poorly anchored by a thin plastic ring that was inadequate to secure the fitting even after being forced back into its original position...I was getting soaked even while trying to hold it back in place. I had recently opened a package of two-part marine epoxy so I dried the fitting, applied some to the tube shaft, let it seep under the fitting, forced it back into its original position and let it cure. That achieved a water-tight seal and the wand is performing as it should. Others have mentioned the same fitting failure and the manufacturer is well advised to fortify the adhesives for this coupling.

I really like this wand. It extends to a longer length than I was expecting. It has lots of options for different kinds of sprays and a dial for stronger/weaker flow. Also you can set it to slow constantly or only when you grip on lever. I was impressed by the features and really enjoy my new wand!

I am giving 5 stars for the great customer service. I wasn’t satisfied and they reached out to me to fix the problem. That is very rare. The wand didn’t work out for me but I did modify it to greatness. Don’t get me wrong out of all the wands on the market this one is better than the rest.

I bought this not to reach up high, but rather down low. I have flowers that need to be watered at the base, not from above. My flowers have huge leaves which makes reaching the base of the plant with a conventional hose nozzle or even a watering can quite difficult. I would have to stoop over and try to hold the leaves back with one hand and wield the hose end with the other. I would end up with a stiff back and wet clothes, plus it was time consuming. This nozzle fixed all my flower-watering problems. No bending, no wet clothes, and it is so easy to use. I just select my spray setting and I can even lock the trigger. I am done my watering in no time. Definitely glad that I bought this.
