Whoever design this nozzle obviously thought about how your hand would hold it. If fits easily in your hand and comfortably in your hand. Easy on off operation with simple thumb movement. This nozzle has its own filter to keep debris out of it and comes with a second.Sprayer options:JetMistFlatAngleShowerVerticalFullCone1/2 VerticalCenterIt's still freezing where I live so I haven't been able to run any water through a hose to test this. But all the connection look well sealed.

We've used many a hose sprayer and this one so far we are pretty happy with. It's got the shape of the long wands but really is a short wand. I like that it does have a lot of different settings and it feels solid and not super flimsy, but I wouldn't go so far as to call it Heavy Duty since it definitely still has some plastic parts with the nozzles and such that would break if you dropped this thing. It does fit well in the hand and it's easy to turn the water on and off with your thumb, so overall good marks for functionality. Essentially, this works as expected, so I give it 4 stars since I only give 5 stars if something is really exceeding expectations.

This will be easier to use in the garden for watering at plant bases than a trigger/squeeze handle that I currently have. The long neck/handle will maneuver around bushy plants without breaking them the way pushing and inserting my whole hand does. Also great for hanging pots or fence flowers that reach above my head and chest since it’s long.I initially liked this because it had a variety of spray settings and the ability to hold the position/flow.It is February and snowy, so the hose is frozen and I have not run water through this handle, but the construction is good and has a nice grip. Can’t wait to use it in a few weeks!

It's still winter here, but we got a day with decent weather, so I was able to connect this watering wand to our outdoor hose and put it through its paces so I could review it. It fit perfectly on our hose end and comes with extra hose gaskets. The quality is on par with any watering wand you could buy at your local home center. It has a strong, solid feel in your hand. The watering head offers ten different spray patterns that can be used in many different situations. The ergonomic handle is comfortable to hold, and the thumb controller worked as it should. The 15" wand is long enough to reach the hanging baskets that we put up around our house, and will also reach the top of the car for washing. Only time will tell how long this will last once we start using it this spring, but I am confident that this watering wand will do a good job.

Got this to replace a metal hand sprayer which had finally seen its last days. Got this because it has the two key words we were looking for...."metal", and "heavy duty". Honestly...I question both a bit. If this is metal, it is extremely cheap and thin metal, as this wand is more than twice the size of the one we were replacing (which was definitely metal), but is somehow less than half the weight. Which leads me to "heavy duty"...we get the metal ones because we have very active dogs that like to "help" us do our gardening, and often trip over or get stuck by the hose...and more than a few times have cause the sprayer to go crashing into pavement. Our first sprayer, a plastic cheapie, broke the first time. So we moved on to metal and have been happy with that one ever since...it just could only take so much damage and so much exposure to the elements here in the subtropics before giving out. This, while being more expensive, has more plastic parts and can't possibly have as much metal given its weight. I worry about the longevity. That being said, I very much like the wand size and design, and it does have a good spray. Gentle shower, nice pressure on full, and a pretty decent jet. I do miss the "sweep" from the older one, which did a great job at cleaning items without having to drag out the pressure washer. This one isn't quite as effective. All in all...if you light gardening or yard duties, and just need to occasionally water some plants, and don't have the rough and tumble dogs...this will be fine. It does what it needs to do. However, there are definitely cheaper options which will work exactly as well. This is more than twice the price of the one we loved and set the bar by, so I don't think I would get it again, even though I like the longer wand design.

I go through one of these a season. This one is of comparable quality to those you'll find at a box store. It's constructed of zinc alloy, as indicated in the description. The problem is that the parts that generally fail - the spray pattern and the flow controller - are constructed of plastic. This is common with all of these sprayers but I'm hoping to be pleasantly surprised with this one. The spray pattern includes one that I've never seen before- half vertical. I mostly use "shower" and "full" in my garden. This one is a couple bucks more expensive than those I find locally. I will have to report back after about durability after the gardening season.

Nice heavy water wand. As good as anything you'll find at your local store. Price might be a tad high, but that's the cost of not going to the store.

I would say that this compares to the hose wands that you can buy at most big-box stores. I don’t know that it’s necessarily more heavy-duty than those, and I’d probably just call it regular duty. However, it does work well and is very simple to connect and use. The thumb control is smooth and convenient. I’d say the only thing that would be nice is if the head could swivel positions, which would make angling the water spray down when spraying things that are high (ie hanging baskets) easier.
