i use this each and every time my back feels a bit tweaked and immediately I feel relief I also use it daily just to loosen and stretch don't know why I waited so long to get one I'll never not have one it travels with met oo cant say enough how much this has helped my stuck pinched cranky cracky back

This is the firmest of my foam rollers. It definitely has a place in my pain relief regimen, but will not be my “go to†roller.I have 24â€, 30†and 36†rollers of varying firmness.I got the retrospec in the 18â€. I am finding that i use the 24 and 30 most.However, this little 18†retrospec super firm model is super great for releasing it band. I had to really be careful about easing my full weight onto this because of the firmness/density. You will get DEEP tissue work with this for sure.The surface isn't very smooth, which I am taking a star off for. It has a rough nubbly kind of texture, like it wasn't molded in a super smooth mold.I would like to see retrospec offer this in a more useful multi-purpose 24-30†size.Pricing was fair value

I purchased this because my cheap Walmart roller would collapse under my weight. I found this one while looking for a stronger, more durable roller. Has not disappointed. My kids have even stood on it trying to balance and it hasn't become deformed. It still maintains its round shape. Would definitely purchase again, should it disappear, or become damaged from the kid's rough play.

Quality and design are both unacceptable. The item has a technological hole on the operational surface. The material is too hard, plastic, while should be rubber.

This is the perfect roller for me. Very firm. Just like the rollers at my gym that closed. My back needed this so much!
