I purchased this item because I was installing LED strip lighting underneath my kitchen cabinets. I was only installing about 6 feet of LED strip lights so I did not need a large driver. This driver was very inexpensive and does a great job of reducing the voltage for the strip lights.

Seems to be working well so far, it feels very warm to the touch though.I have not tested the energy draw on it yet but my guess is that it's not that efficient going by the amount of heat it dissipates.I installed this unit about a week ago to replace a failed 12v LED power supply, the kind with a barrel jack and detachable ACÂ cord, it's powering my above and below LED strip cabinet lighting fine so far.This unit takes up less space and has less cable mess than my old one,I had a short AC cord I cut from a broken appliance I used to connect to the input terminals.I tested the output terminals with my meter and it reads a perfect steady 12v.There is no flicker at all on either the warm white or the RGB LED strips I am driving with it, all channels are flicker free.

The size and power are perfect for my porch light conversion. The power supply fit inside the housing and was 3x oversized for the LEDs used.

Unfortunately this stopped functioning at all after 4 months. When turned on no matter the dimmer setting it just barely flickers then turns off. I’d really appreciate if the company can reach out to me to solve this. For $20+ this is extremely disappointing.

This is not exactly what I was looking for and I know it is going to need more than this and some LED light sets to connect to it. It does not come with a power cord. it only has connections at each end for wires. I will do more research and then come up with a solution and then I will come back and express myself, after a little more research. I just don't want people to do the same thing I did and get this thinking that some LED fixtures can be connected and just plug it up and Shazam, I got light. I will respond once I figure it out. I got some friends that I know can help me accomplish this for me and it should be relatively soon for me to update.

Zasilacz spełnia swoje zadanie.Irytujące jest to, że bardzo wolno reaguje na włączenie prądu. Trzeba zaczekać ~2sek nim żarówki się zaświecą. Ja się przyzwyczaiłem, ale żona narzeka.
