Product Description

SMA1051B1V1

According to the test result by customer review which you can check the detail in this listing review that come with a test picture

This cable actually performs noticeably better than the RG8X spec (see photo). For example, at 400 MHz you'd expect a loss of around 6.6 dB/100 ft, but I measured more like 5.5. Even at 1 Ghz, where you'd expect 11.2 dB/100 ft, I measured around 9. This is closer to (but not quite) LMR240 performance than RG8X.

SMA1051-C11

Full Molded Quality Crimped UHF Connector

Fully molded connector is made of brass material, gold plated inner needle, nickel plated body for higher signal transmission and extremely low signal loss.

TESTV2

Ultra Low Loss-see test picture of 100ft cable

High-Quality RG8x cable, double shielding for ultra lower loss. Inner Cable and brading is Tin Plated Pure copper, which make the cable more durable and better performance in transmission loss.

SMA1051-C22

Available for Outdoor Use

This cable Jacket is made of waterproof PVC material which make it can be used outdoor and indoor. Meanwhile the cable is very flexiable.

Inner Construction of the RG8x Coaxial Cable

Seems to be working flawlessly so far. I bought the 50ft version for just under 30 bucks, you can't beat the price. I got this for my backyard antenna and I have just left it running through the grass on the ground (both ends connected to something, of course). I was worried that it wouldn't last the winter, but it did great. It was buried under several inches of snow and ice for months and I have had no issues with it. Seems like a quality cable.

I liked the strain relief on the connectors. The weak point of most small coax and crimper connectors is flexing right behind the crimp and these molded sleeves reduce that problem immensely. Since it is RG8X coax, it is slightly lower loss and had greater power handling than RG58.

While it was not as well shielded as some cables, it was well worth the money I paid for it. It did the job well in a non-critical application.

Works great for HF and probably CB as well. It's small and flimsy compared to my LMR400 main feed line, but I have this running from my outdoor box to my OCFD antenna and it works perfectly.
