Heating water for a family of 4. Works awesome. I was a little worried about the reviews but the install was smooth, power up and getting familiar with the controls took about 10 seconds. I can't say that this is any louder than my previous Rheem gas on demand water heater. We'll see how's it's looking in 5 years. So far so good.

Upgraded our water heater with this Rheem tankless system and am so pleased with it. Giving us all the hot water we need for our house!! Pay attention to the GPM needed for what you use. I made this mistake initially a few years ago. The prior heater was too small for what we needed to use. Did have some issues with the installation but the Rheem customer service and support team were wonderful!! Got the proper connections and no issues since!!

Works great, but finding the right venting parts was a little hard. I had to call rheem to get the part numbers then find the parts at home depot. Most of the parts were too high and unavailable on Rheem. But now that the heater is finally connected it works great. It is a little loud thought but its right in the room with us and we use it in the kitchen at our church.

My boiler started to leak water from the inside so i knew it was time to replace. I went ahead and ordered the rheem tankless waterheater rerouted the plumbing and added a 110v outlet mounted the unit, connected and it started rigth up works great. Saved me alot ofspace also.

Returned item. Exhaust on this model will not work. Bought more expensive Rheem. It worked.But Amazon said they got unit back fine but it’s been weeks and no refund. Dang. Waiting and waitingAs of Mar 16 2924 still waiting on promised return of money. Amazon says they received item back by uos. All good never used received in time. Will refund but has NOT return our money.And we bought mother arherm much more money that did work.Still no refund on first one that did not work.WTH

Not sure why all the bad reviews. This is a great tankless water heater. Do your research and if u are not handy, call a pro because this needs hooked up to water, gas, electricity andintake/exhaust venting.Great value and performance. Makes a bit of noise from the internal fan, but only hear it in the utility room.
