I bought the cordless bundle. Box came packed neatly with everything I needed to get going. Batteries charge fairly quickly and hold a charge really well!The machine itself was a bit of a learning curve but after a couple hours I had the hang of how it works. The gun itself is easy to operate and easy to thread. It’s not to heavy and not all that loud.I haven’t tested the clippers yet but they come with a few different guards. I definitely recommend this machine bundle especially if you’re just starting out like me.

It's a bit rough for a tufting gun. I got it on sale as I wanted another low cut pile gun . It works well thus far but does have a few issues . It's hard to keep it stable where my other guns have no issues, it sounds an feel a little rougher than my other guns but it still works pretty well.

I have been super excited to use this product. But when I started the yarn wasn’t being cut. When I brought it up to Riiai’s customer support, they blamed me. Don’t waste your money!
