These have helped me TREMENDOUSLY. I was using the little plastic turn things that came with the metal frame originally but these were a game changer. I feel like I can get my tufting material way tighter and I do secure the excess with the plastic turn things in the back of the frame.

Definitely made tufting easier with these. I'm glad they made them! The plastic pieces that came with the aluminum frame just weren't working as nice as i hoped

These work way better than the clips and are literally the same if not better than carpet tacks.
