Got this as an alternative for my four year old who wanted a snake for his birthday. The moment is very realistic and it provides tons of fun. The front wheels are small so it cannot take on carpet terrains as easily, but it worked wonderfully on hardwoods! The snake was easy to set up and the on/off button is easy for kids to use! Would definitely buy again!

I bought two of these for my grandsons whose birthdays are one month apart. I gave the red one to my youngest grandson and when they opened it it looked like it had already been used in the package and they had just sent it back out after they got it back at Amazon. Sadly it didn’t work either so fortunately I had enough time to mail it back within the 30 day period and I get charge for it. My second grandson‘s birthday was today and it’s been about 60 days since I ordered these things and I took it out of the package put the batteries in and it does not work. These things are junk, sadly. I’ve had the Robo alive fish in the lizard And they work fine. So disappointed in this product and now I can’t return the second one because it’s been more than 30 days. Amazon should stop selling this until they get this thing fixed properly.

Bought this for a child's 2nd birthday. Even the older children at the party were giggling with joy as they chased the snake around while it slithered away. The only downfall is it doesn't move well on carpet.

It does slither around as expected. It doesn't work on carpet, and it can't redirect itself if it hits something. It feels very cheap and I don't anticipate it lasting long with regular play. It needs two AAA batteries. Side note: the cat is both fascinated by and terrified of it lol

My son wanted a real snake for Christmas, but I am not open to a real snake so he asked for a robot snake. This has been his favorite present!!It slithers and works its self around the room. It does make an annoying sound when it gets stuck.I think the hardest part was getting batteries in it. This is probably our first of many robo pets!

My little boy loves this but is devastated that it didn’t last long and had a sudden death. Changed the batteries, nothing. Really disappointing that it didn’t last longer. Only bought it end of April, gave as a gift in May and it’s dead less than a month later :(
