The app is great and easy to use, setup was straight forward, and cleaning it is easy.Polished, sleek, and it just works.The pathfinding can be a little silly though. One hallway in my house, it insists on going back and forth, turning a dozen times.

Disconnected from wifi due to software update and now unable to connect. Do not recommend and won’t buy another from them either.

We have owned this 9/1 this works really good, if you have pets and hardwood floors with some carpet you will find this picks up a lot of dirt and hair.The bag will fill up and when it is full it will have a ton of compacted hair and dirt. If you want to vacuum it out you can you will not believe how much that bag holds. It is easier to just toss the bag and put a new one in but I choose to clean it out with my vacuum cleaner. Takes about 10 to 15 minutes get it all stuff out of the bag.

The good:able to climb on my medium pile carpet without getting stuck and kicks into high gearThe pattern in which it vacuums is very efficient. I can see the pattern in my carpet and it's really nice. It doesn't have ADD like the rest of my old ones and cleans one area before venturing off.Love the room mappingAble to schedule different rooms on different days at different times using different suctionHas significantly better suction than my old you'd be, Eco vac, or LefantThe cons:It's pretty loud.Wish there were just an edge cleaning feature, but I can live with that.

Arrived missing 4 screws, the screwdriver and the roller cleaning tool. Auto empty does not work. Customer service started with a phone call now emails where I have to repeatedly say the same thing with responses being very slow despite being told twice my ticket was being escalated and it would be resolved by the end of yesterday.....The vacuum itself works well but if this isn't resolved soon I'll be returning it.......Update customer service did replace it, email response came in the middle of the night for me so it took a few days and a handful of photos to get things sorted.

I didn't know this model won't map unless your wifi frequency is 2.4 Ghz, mine is 5 Ghz. I'm happy with the vacuuming job it does but it never gets all the way through my large open living room, dining room, kitchen area. It runs out of power and goes back to its dock. I think I can solve that with something like a baby gate and can probably do mapping after all if I figure out how to use my 5G WiFi as dual band. If you buy this one (which I highly recommend) just keep that in mind if you have a 5G WiFi you want to be sure you can map if that’s important to you.

I called Roborock customer service and they advised me that this device is defective. I'm working with them presently, but I'm not going to waste much more. If Roborock doesn't engage me soon, I will return this product.
