Auto-Refilling
Once the water has been added into the Empty Wash Fill Dock’s clean water tank, it will automatically add water into the S7 MaxV as required. Automatic refilling means the mop’s wetness is maintained, giving you a consistent clean throughout your home. With refills, the maximum mopping range for the S7 MaxV is 3230 sqft (300 sqm).
Auto-Emptying

We live in a very dusty environment, with some low carpet, a few fluffy rugs and three rooms of hardwood. Because of how dusty it is here, the floor needs to be dust-mopped every two days or so. This little robot has done very well at keeping the place cleaned up. Like any round robot the corners and right along the edges of walls will need to be done manually from time to time, and the edge of hardwood right next to carpet may have an inch or two that does not always get mopped because the robot raises the mop when it detects carpet, but we have reduced that to about once per month. The brush that comes with the unit does well at picking up general particles from all our floor types, and at not winding up long hair on the brush in the bathrooms, although you will still need to take out the brush for maintenance where it still will collect some small amount the brush attaches at the sides from time to time. If you have fuzzies from crochet blankets and fuzzy socks or possibly pet fur, the included brush may not get all of it. On a friend's recommendation (they have pets and a lot of fiber on their carpet) we got the replacement "Main Brush for the Q5&Q5+" to try which has bristles and does a better job of picking up fibers, but at the cost of winding hair around itself. It is a tradeoff you will have to choose. Hand picking up the 1-2 fuzzies each week in a bedroom or getting them on the monthly pass with a full vac, either has been fine, but we switched back to the standard brush for our needs with no pets.The unit does well with mapping, obstacle identification and avoidance. it gets under a few of our end tables that have 3 legs that was tight enough i wasn't expecting it to manage (other robots didn't, they would bounce out). It also has done well at climbing from our hardwood onto our carpet, which has a hard raised edge between the hardwood rooms and the carpeted rooms. The mop lifts and doesn't get our carpet wet when we have had it do a whole house clean. However, we chose to use the great scheduling app to have it vacuum the whole 1-floor house, except occupied bedrooms, on alternate days with vacuum+mop just in the hardwood entry, kitchen and dining and bathrooms on opposing days in the middle of the night. Then we set up a schedule for cleaning the other occupied bedrooms when people are no longer home in the middle of the day. There are different levels of suction and pathing that can go quickly or take a bit more time with multiple passes. There were also options to get closer to walls or to avoid bumping into them which you can set so if you have furniture that has delicate legs or etc you can choose to have it follow the walls just a little bit further out.The Dock is absolutely amazing. It has a fresh water tank for mopping and cleaning the mop, and a dirty water (which you should empty regularly, don't' wait for it to get full). It cleans the mop quite well. We got a few extra mop pads, but after checking it the day after mop cycles the thing has been cleaned quite well. We were told that in more humid environments it doesn't dry very quickly and may take a day or two, but ours has dried by the next day. The only thing i don't like is that the dock uses a filter-bag instead of a dust-cup. we have not had to empty/throw away/replace the bag yet (it is getting close to two months now), but it is a little annoying to have consumables, both to need to buy as well as to add to a landfill or garbage facility. That said, it does a fantastic job of fully emptying the robot's dust bin completely into the dock's bag. The mop cleaning and especially the dust-bin empty are a bit loud, but you can set it to not do this at times that are inconvenient and the robot itself is fairly quiet. The max-vacuum setting can get a bit louder but it's standard settings are very reasonable.All in all this has been a great robot vac/mop. We have been very pleased with it.

So I was able to get some mopping done over the weekend. The vacuum did such a good job it was hard to tell just by looking at the floor but when you look at the dirty water tank in the dock it is evident the mop is working, and the floors do have that freshly mopped feel. Over all I am very pleased and find the purchase well worth the cost. My floors have never been cleaner and they stay cleaned with little to no effort on my end. If you schedule it right, you don't have to do anything with the doc for probably 2 to 4 weeks and that's mainly to fill/drain the mop tanks. The dust collector could last a month or 2.Collision detection is on point. It uses lidar and stereoscopic vision so it rarely hits anything if at all. It can detect the difference between carpet and hard flooring and lifts the mop pad accordingly. The dock scrubs the mop pad after use so you're always cleaning with a clean surface. Over time it will intelligently detect furniture and other obsticals and shows them on the map. You can also edit the map and create barriers and no-go zones. Sensors on the bottom of the bot would prevent it from falling down stairs.There is a live video stream feature and I'm pretty sure you can use it as a phone (maybe talk to the dog while away?). You can also manually control it and select areas for spot cleaning.There is a pet mode but I haven't used it. I imagine it would avoid "you-know-what" or something like that.You can set your home to multi level and create maps where there is no dock, so maybe you bring it up stairs to clean. The bot will recognize which floor it's on by scanning the room.Now, given the vacuum does a bang up job by itself, you may consider forgoing the mop and getting two vacuum only with docs so that you don't have to manually bring the bot to multiple levels.The app also tracks maintenance of the bot. There are replaceable components that should be changed out every x hours or so (brush, filter, little spinny thing). Maintenance cycles vary but you're looking at hundred or more hours of use. Also, the Sensors should be cleaned every once in a while. The app will tell you when.Some corners are hard to get to so you may need to do those manually. Also, careful with any cords on the floor. It's unplugged my govee lamps more than once.Overall I give it a 9.5 out of 10. I can't think of much that I would improve on. It's really a well thought out product.

We love this product. It keeps the floors (hardwood and tile) sparkling clean. There are multiple modes for vacuum and mop that allows you to not just select one or the other but also customize intensity of each. It can store maps for upto 3 levels and is smart enough to identify different rooms. The app allows you to further divide each room if you need to. Changing the clean and dirty water is a breeze and depending on how much solid particles are on the floor, the vacuum bag lasts a really long time. We have a very hairy dog who sheds in the summer months. Previously we had to vacuum the house 2-3 times a day... but now we have the roborock scheduled to clean at regular intervals and mop when we are sleeping. This keeps the house as clean as when the floors were first installed. Also keeps other surfaces clean because there isn't much dust that gets stirred and flies around from the floor. The intelligent obstacle avoidance is definitely a blessing because of random items such as toys that might get left around when the cleaning schedule starts.

Es muy funcional porque puedes guardar distintos niveles y funciona para casas grandes. Deja lÃneas en el piso, pero lo deja limpio.

This robot i believe is one of the best in the market, it works really good, the mapping is good, the app could be improved but it is workable. i recently had one issue with an error, called the warranty and they were very helpful over the phone, the knew exactly what the problem was so it appears to be a recurring problem, FYI get oxide stains on the sensor near the mop, so it gives Error 4, luckily it was before the 1 year warranty expired (about 8 months in use). other than that, it does a great job at cleaning and mopping and mapping etc. very happy with it. pretty smart machine :)

I highly recommend the roborock S7 MaxV Ultra Robot. Living in a 4 story house, this robot is a life save. It vacuums and mops very well. Easy to set up and the fact that it has sensor to lift up the mop when it reaches a carpet or rug is great option to have! Emptying and adding water to the tank is simple also. Maintenance is easy to follow with their app or watching Youtube videos. I highly recommend this.
