I saw that a pair of gloves that came with this crusher but didn’t realize how handy they would be until I used them! The rubber dots on the gloves make glass handling so much easier! The crusher works great, just need to clean it per the instructions to keep your frit cleaner.

I used to use a small pestle and mortar to crush stones and I hated how the stones would jump out and then vanish. This crusher fixed that problem for me because now I know whatever gets crushed won’t fly out of it. I love how sturdy and durable it is too.

This item may work for very course crushing on stone, but it it made of cheap material that rusts when cleaned our so if you tryu and use it for crushing fine opal for ring inlay, you will get rust particals with your stone which is not good. Do not recommend for that purpose.

I don't know what I was expecting, but this kind of isn't it.... I just thought it would be a little bigger and heavier. But maybe that's just me.

At first I was skeptical would this really work, well it does. We have crushed up quartz rocks and all!!! The kids love to help crush rocks they think it's cool.
