Bigger than i thought has a nice weight to it looks very nice and has a blue led setup that does some flashing now and then for show along with the volt meter although doesn't matter to much cuz it is hidden away in my trunk. The volt meter is definitely convienant and when compared to my multi meter they both read very close to the same readings. The only thing i dont like so much is that i wish the terminals were a bit stronger it is very easy to strip out the allen key head.

Easy to install, First charge was simple with the small resister provided. Love the mounting bracket, makes it easy to install on any angle. The item was surprising heavy for what I expected which is an indication of a quality build. Blue LED's light up when its discharging, You can easily watch the capacitor discharge take place with deep bass hits at high volume as this temporary drops the available amperage to the car audio amp particularly when the car is only at idle, the LED display is accurate according to my miuitimeter. Don''t forget to buy a inline fuse and place this as close to the car battery as possible. Mine is a 50amp fuse as my amp is rated at 50amps and make a good ground for the ground wire, you will need to buy some more wire connectors as this kit only comes with x2 for connecting to the capacitor itself and not your amp or the ground. These are only good for one thing. Taking noise out of your stereo. Humming .. alternator buzz or whine ect. This will not stop your headlights from dimming. If that's what your trying to do put a deep cycle battery in instead of this.Otherwise this cap arrived on schedule and works great. I have a 2 200 amp alternators that were causing a whine .. this solved that problem instantly.

Great amp cap, its a good quality amp cap for the price. It has a voltage read out and led lighting to indicated when power is being drawn from the cap itself

Item arrived from US to Abu Dhabi in just 6 days , fast delivery.... Problem is box is damage also the capacitors holder with a small crack on it.. Rockville farad works perfectly... Still the best..

I think this product needs a true to life review. Date of review 11/25/2020I installed this at the start of 2020 around June or July I started noticing my battery was dying after about a week of not driving my jeep, thought it was the alternator at first and replaced it, after about a month battery started dying after 4 days so I started shutting off the cap when I turn the engine off, mind u I'm using a circuit breaker as the fuse since it never needs to be replaced, so today I got a new Car Capacitor that has a rem terminal on it, which means power is hooked to your amps blue wire so it goes off with your radio.When I uninstalled this product and picked it up you can hear something rattling around inside the Capacitor I don't know what it is but after lightly shaking it I heard a lot of stuff rattling around inside.Hope this helps with your choice

Nice addition to my 1200 rms MTX thunder Monoblock amp and 2 12" Alpine type R subs . Held up like a champ on those long ,deep bass notes . Will buy again without hesitation .
